Turkish company Letvision built this fully-transforming “Letrons” prototype from a BMW coupe. When it’s folded up, it’s driveable via remote control. Then the transformation (slowly) takes place:

Letvision doesn’t indicate how much a full-size transformer costs, and we really doubt there’s a way to actually get inside and drive the thing. Still, if you really, really love Transformers, and you’ve got an extra garage space for a completely impractical toy, these guys have got you covered.
