Internal combustion engines are pretty cool. But, unfortunately, you can’t easily see all the neat things happening because, well, that stuff takes place internally.
To get around that problem, these guys came up with an ingenious solution. They fabricated what appears to be a glass block that can cover the top of the engine, letting you look inside while it’s running.
The result? We get treated to a mesmerizing shower of sparks and flames. It’s probably not something they’ll end up using permanently, but we still appreciate their ingenuity.
