Go To Watch a Lego Porsche 911 Assembled Piece by Piece

It’s tough to see all the inner workings from the pictures, which is why I’m glad the folks over at Brick Builder created a timelapse video showing the entire process from start to finish. Even sped up the video is still 25 minutes long. So get comfy, grab a snack, and hit play. One of the cooler Lego builds I’ve seen is this Porsche 911 GT3 RS, a 2,700-piece project by Lego Technic.

The clip shows every feature of the build, including the flat-six engine with moving pistons, the working gearbox, the movable hood, doors, trunk and aero, the detailed dashboard and interior, and the fully functional suspension.

If you want one for yourself, you can pick one up at the Lego store. The $300 kit is a little pricey, but will save you from having to buy the actual car at $175,000.
